Teeth Extractions
Tooth extraction is made comfortable and stress-free at Madhav Dental Care.
At Madhav Dental Care, our aim is to help preserve your teeth and smile for as long as possible, in accordance with NICE guidelines. However, there are occasions where it may be necessary to extract teeth, such as:
- Tooth decay has caused extensive damage beyond repair
- Advanced Gum Disease or Periodontitis has caused teeth to become loose and mobile
- A tooth is broken or fractured in a way that is beyond repair
- An impacted wisdom tooth is causing severe pain or growing in a position that causes the disease to other teeth
- A severe infection or dental abscess where a root canal treatment has not been successful
- As part of an implant-based, full-mouth rehabilitation
In some of these instances, the patients may suffer mild to severe symptoms of pain in the mouth and face. Persistent toothache may prompt a patient to request tooth extraction. Tooth extraction in this case is often a very welcome relief to severe pain and discomfort.
The team at madhav Dental Care provide access to 24 -hour emergency care for urgent dental treatment, including tooth extraction. If you are in severe pain, we will always see you on the same day
